We recently hired Neighbourhood Painters for a interior painting job at our new home based on their great reviews! Happy to say, we were not disappointed at all. Roman and his team were fantastic to work with from the beginning. They were reasonably priced and had great communication before and throughout the project. Sina, who led the project, was a pleasure to work with - he answered all our questions promptly and made sure we were completely satisfied before wrapping up. I found Neighborhood Painters online and called them in somewhat of a panic about painting I hadn't budgeted for and which needed to happen on short notice. Roman called me back right away even though it was late in the evening and very pleasantly gathered information, ran the possibilities, and reassured me about the time frame. The communication was great and the pricing was very reasonable (it was much less than the other quotes I got, sometimes even half). A lovely person named Lucky finished the job in a day and a half, before my move-in date. The place looks pristine and was left in perfect order. There were two dark navy walls that now blend perfectly with the rest of the white.

Romman and his Neighbourhood painting team did an exceptionally great job that exceeded my expectations. I needed a painter who could work within tight deadlines as I was installing flooring at my house as well. Not only did Romman accommodated my timely deadlines but they finished project ahead of schedule. They demonstrated great workmanship and professionalism throughout the entire project. Sina, the lead painter was very meticulous and paid great attention to details to ensure that every nicks, dents, scratches and holes were rectified. The painters were very courteous and were able to follow instructions well. They cleaned up after themselves at the end of the day.Most importantly, they were able to “think outside the box” when it came to painting problematic areas and offered practical solutions. I strongly recommend Neighbourhood painters to my friends and families first future paint jobs. You guys truly work hard for your money and deserve a 5 star rating.
Our project involved interior and exterior painting of a complex multi-story commercial building in Vancouver with lots of traffic and restrictions which needed proper planning. Up to 15 painters were on site to complete the job with the least disruption and very short time frame. The interior work was outstanding and very quickly completed with no distruptions.

I pointed out one tiny detail during that final check, and they happily took care of it right away. The whole team was just lovely, and their smiles brightened up the entire experience.

Romman and the folks who work at Neighbourhood Painters are nothing short of amazing. This is our second large-scale residential job with Neighbourhood Painters. Romman is great to work with. Elderly parents of European descent are sometimes a bit difficult to please, but both my parents were extremely happy with the work, the technicians, and the courtesy and Care they took to ensure everything was done right and taking care of. Very happy to highly recommend Neighbourhood Painters! They did an excellent job in painting the exterior of my house. Very careful and detailed work. Friendly painters and team. The whole process was smooth. Starting with a no charge written detailed estimate which they adhered to carefully. This included meeting the window of time when I needed to get the painting done which was scheduled months in advance. They do a walkthrough at the end and willingly do any touchups needed that either they or you notice to make sure you are completely satisfied! No payments until the job is complete. Thanks again for the great job!!

Neighbourhood Painters did a fantastic job on restoring the cedar siding on front of our house. We appreciated their team’s careful consideration of all options and educating us on the process. Lucky and Vishal did a great job stripping the old finish to bare wood before applying the new stain. They also painted our front door, fascia, and applied a clear coat to the soffits. The guys were meticulous, and left a clean site after completing their work on each day. We will be going back to Neighbourhood Painters for our future painting needs.

The Neighborhood painters crew did a beautiful job painting our 100+ year old heritage home. They were incredibly helpful with color suggestions and overall aesthetic choices. Not only did they do a very detailed job sanding down some very rough and aged areas of the house but they came when they were supposed to, on time, were very pleasant and worked diligently until the project was done. Would highly recommend!
Very professional, and increadibly fast. The boys completed all my house exterior painting and did a great job on our 1927 cedar shake craftsman home. They paid extra attention to the entry way and made it look sharp.
Just had Neighbourhood Painters come in and paint 5 rooms in our house. We used them last spring to paint the exterior and they continued the excellent service we got last year. Ali came in promptly Monday morning, worked till 5;00 and came back Tuesday morning to finish. He is a nice friendly guy and he worked alone in the house till it was all finished, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the dining room and they are all great. He was prompt, clean, cheerful and well organised, leaving the house spotless.

I was very happy with the painting work done by Neighbourhood Painters. They painted a 2 bedroom apartment for me. They were reliable, did a good job of prepping, including covering all the floors. The painting job was completed on time and I would definitely use this company again in the future.
My partner and I contracted with Neighbourhood Painters after seeing the excellent quality of their work on a nearby house that is similar to our rental. We rent a 100-year old house and the owner wanted to preserve the character of the house. The Painters made a very strong bid and lived up to their word. They were fast, efficient, polite, respectful of the property, and well managed. 10/10.
